New Horizon Homes is a builder you can trust. John and Pat Jurinek are land developers and builders. The most recently developed land is Rolling meadows Phase III in Lemont, Illinois. Phases I and II were completed in 2004. 

John has also developed and built in Norman Court in Darien, Darien Club and custom homes at Falling Waters in Burr Ridge. John is a graduate of Prague University in Czechoslovakia and came to the United States in 1968. His background in building began as a carpenter and evolved into developer of land and builder of distinctive semi-custom and custom homes called New Horizon Homes, Inc. over the last 20 years.

His wife, Pat Jurinek began working with John in 1999. Her career background is in purchasing and project management with 26 years experience in the corporate world.

Together they bring the unique talents and dedication it takes to build homes with superior quality and creative character.
